Unfortunately Netsuite isn't connected to Moodle for now. But it is really doable to connect it.
You can develelop the connector yourself by following this tutorial : http://community.myddleware.com/index.php/developer-guide/#connector-creation
If you develop it, please share it with us, we could validate it and add it to the standard code of Myddleware. It will help to grow Myddleware's community. Otherwise, we can develop it for you. If this last option is interesting you, please send us a private message to talk about it.
Then you will be able to transfer data between Moodle and NetSuite.
