I am calling the core_course_create_courses web service from oracle PL/SQL procedure. The web service creates the courses successfully for the courses that have English names but not working with the courses that have French names like 'Cours Analyse Financière'.
I tried to call the web service directly by typing its URL in the internet browser and it gave me the exception of 'Invalid parameter value detected'
