Is there a plan for a Freeze Context API, or is there a plugin somewhere?
We would like to use that as a part of an automated archiving strategy, and I cannot find that in https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Web_service_API_functions
We soon upgrade from 3.6.6 to 3.8+
