I want to create a moodle user via web services.
I did this steps
- Enable web services /admin/search.php?query=enablewebservices
- Enable rest protocol /admin/settings.php?section=webserviceprotocols
- Add a service /admin/settings.php?section=externalservices
- add short name = myservice
- enable = true
- Click on functions for the service.
After I pressed Add, I received an error
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Cannot find file [dirroot]/grade/grading/form/rubric/externallib.php with external function implementation
What should I do to fix this error?
