Get Survey Answers

Hello. 

I'm trying to get the survey answers from the API but can't find the specific endpoint function to do so. First of all, is it even available?

Can anyone please tell me if it is something out-of-the-box or if we need to implemented this web service. The goal is to get the answers of a specific survey and show it in a tool called survey JS.
