Get All Calendar Events by a User ID

I have requirement to get all Calendar events including action events for a user, i tried core_calendar_get_calendar_upcoming_view but this does not return the action events. tried core_calendar_get_calendar_events also does not return action events. 

can anyone send me an example which web service function to call to get all calendar events for a user along with parameters example. I am trying to show user the Deadlines through web services.
