We are configuring our Moodle installation to integrate with our new SIS, and using web services to create and update users. My team is reporting that they are getting an error when attempting to upload profile pictures to Moodle that are over 5K. That seems ridiculously low to me, and in looking at the Moodle code it looks like it should be using the max file size set by config. Can anyone shed light on this?
We are on Moodle 4.2.3
