Suddenly getting "Error communicating with server"

Hello fine Moodle friends!

My Moodle site was working fine yesterday. I uploaded a csv of new users to create their accounts and enroll them into courses. All fine and dandy.

This morning I wake up and cannot log into the site.

"error/An error occurred whilst communicating with the server"

Checked with my hosting provider, all is good with the server.

So I checked the logs and find a whole lot going on about webservices/soap/lang/en/lib.

Can anyone tell me what this is about, please? What must I do to fix the problem?

Moodle Version = 4.1.2
