core_notes_delete_notes problem

Hello,

As stated in the tracker MDL-30072, I have an issue with the core_notes_delete_notes WS function.

I would like to know if the problem is on my side, the client side, or if it is a coding problem... As for now, I did not succeed using this function as it is.
