I am working on a project to upgrade a site from customized M1.9 with custom WS library. Trying to move them to core WS API, but they use .Net for development. Any suggestions on which protocol would be best and how to proceed? Anyone have better examples of .Net client?
So far I have only found one example from forums which shows how to create a user in #C here https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=210866.
I also found that OK Tech WS is possible still alive and with a working WSDL but would really like to get this client on something with a longer future life.
Anyone have an idea of the scope of fixing the Moodle WSDL files to work with .Net?
