I have some similar problem, and similar lost days...I see one prerequisite in the documentation, “user must be logged in”
For your application, is the user logged in? (assuming the user being referred to is the user that you want to enrol, not the registered webservice user) And if so, how was this achieved? I cannot see any webservice for logging in users.
I am stuck on this idea that I will need to wait for the student to give me a call, and tell me when they are logged in, which will make all my webservice account creation redundant and is also doing my head in.
Web searches are not helping so far, but web search results seem to return gibberish these days.
